Now is not the time I'd suggest pushing for a board replacement. We have a lot of things currently going on (regulatory submissions, consumer product, sales in UK/EU and Aus, etc.), some new hurdles (FDA), and new opportunities presenting themselves (covid-19). All replacing them now is going to do is slow things down before they can be ramped up again.

And as pointed out, who do you actually want to have replace them instead? Without even that, I don't think you'll be able to convince many to back something like this.

Is there particular issues you have with individual board members? Probably best course is to raise those issues with the BOD and see if they can be addressed.
