yep and the CEO thinks so as well. at the time of half year results, AX1 reported positive sales for the first 7 weeks since Jan, no doubt sales have been impacted over the last 4 weeks and will continue to, but with huge Ecom business and stimulus package to hit millions of people's bank accounts, the likes of AX1, JBH and others will be ok. yes the bottom could still be around the corner if shopping centres close. either way currently great value with history of sales and dividend. look forward to a bounce back eventually.
