You mention ‘his warrants’ but Sinclair himself doesn’t personally hold shares, does he?
Life Biosciences holds the shares. Sinclair is a co-founder / shareholder of Life Bio.
The reason Life Bio didn’t exercise the warrants is presumably because the share price was below the exercise price.
Isn’t it that simple?
Presumably Life Bio will come to the party if more funding is required for P2 trials. Or attempt a take over. They will not allow the company to go under before P2 trials for lack of funding.
Either way, Sinclair’s presence on the board and Life Bio’s shareholding is a huge plus for Alterity and one of the biggest reasons I bought into the co.
If only our management team would pull their fingers out and start capitalising on the numerous opportunities to add value to the company and deliver actual results for shareholders.
