It's impossible to compare Capex when FYI is yet to go through final design & engineering. That part is where ATCs costs roughly doubled. Hopefully your costs don't double, but I bet they will increase somehwat. Do you want a fixed price build? A throughout guarantee? Watch the costs rocket.

How can a processing plant be based in Malaysia but you don't produce or distribute there? Of course it will be done there, hence the nil tax for 10 years is of major relevance.

Have read every glossy presentation of FYI's today and the timeline creep is already there, nearly identical to ATC's. There's no way in hell you have final design and engineering and are fully funded in 6 months.
