I agree - the yanks have run out of ideas. Besides, you cant salvage a leaking boat that has a gapping hole in it. That boat will have to sink before it can be refloated. In fact, they should let it sink because thats what will fix it in the end no matter how much money they throw at it - it's only a matter of time.
