question to those more knowledgeable than me...
if America should go into 'shutdown' like other countries have, would this potentially lead to drilling being abandoned? I understand they're essentially out on a tundra in Alaska so it doesn't seem necessary, but if that we're to transpire - would they have a choice?
Australia feels not far off a 'shutdown' and that seems mostly because of political pressure and i hazard that America is in a much worse position re: number of cases in addition to their third world public health system, so they I'm sure are under similar pressure...
that would be an absolute nightmare
