pre determined price is right, don't know if they can be transferred. They would have to be keen to do a issue at these levels, so either the price will get pumped and/or they have got the underwriters to agree to a higher price in anticipation of a higher sp in the near future (by whatever means).

2 things will either happen with this stock as with most other specs, they run out of cash and go nowhere or these prices will look relatively cheap in the future. not rocket science...i am having a punt which is what everyone is doing at the moment in this market.
