thanks chimera. On reading the relevant section of the Corporations Act more carefully it seems there might be an 'out' for PPP. Anyway, I'll see how I get on. I won't be attending the AGM as I live in another state and it won't be worth shelling out to hear a couple of hours of blah from PPP. In any case I've filled out my voting slip, responding 'no' to the first 4 questions. It might not mean that much but the more no's that get up the more embarrassment for so-called 'directors', particularly re. director retirement/re-election.
