I'm no lawyer but from my reading there seem to be a couple of big hurdles for this offer to go through - 1. 90% acceptance 2.No material adverse event
One of our large holders with 14% has previously said they would not accept the offer.
Corona virus may fall into the clause about adverse event
The market seems to be pricing this offer not to succeed
