These here are crazy times, but I'm amazed VRL haven't reported the cancellation of these $4.00 per share bids. The offers were non-binding and the 30 day VWAP will now be around $2.00 - so there's no way the offers will carry through. Bigger question is, what's the actual value of the company now? If there's a saving grace for us it's timing - low season for theme parks. There will still be a big impact and revenue will surely be hit at cinemas too. $1.93 seems insanely low to me, time will tell.
