The American still have the whole world by the b alls, if anything the US$$ should have dropped in value but they still manage to get it stronger witht the day.
Inflation should have pushed up the commoditie prices but no the managed to push the prices down.
Gold should be double the price what it is today but no they still keep it under the US$1000 with ease.
If they can manage to do this now with all the mess they have created in the financial markets, then i am sure they will be able to get themselves out of this and be even stronger.
strange world but if you are the Captain on the ship you will decide which direction to go
