Is it fair to assume that ASIC are still doing that investigation that started before xmas (was it before xmas?).
Would ASIC now have that latest ASX findings reasons report thing ? I see the court injunction thing only mentioned the public release of that. Nothing was written about stopping ASIC getting a copy. It is mandatory that ASIC get referrals of allegations under the Corporations Act.
