    Seriously Captain, maybe you post should be under another heading, XJO, for example.

    The market is expecting this melt down, nothing new.

    For me I am quite comfortable holding and like all storms this will pass and quality spec stocks, like SBN will be rewarded.

    Surely a bad night on the markets does effect your investments choice?
