It appears you don't have a very good understanding of how markets work.
That makes it very dangerous to trade.
Markets top when all the news is good and bottom when the news is terrible.
The news will continue to be bad for a long time after the bottom and most will remain sceptical and sell rallies or not participate until the market has moved up a long way.
The US market is very oversold although our local market not as much.
If you add 21 cal days onto Oct 6 you get Oct 27, which was a key date I had. 21 days because our top was 21 days after the US.
