Exactly. And to 'fully funded' and 'debt free', I would also add 'patent protected' with a 'large portfolio of exciting projects just beginning to bud' (appropriately, just in time for Spring!).

But what's it all matter? Most of us understand that the recent China announcement has more or less (pending a few drawn out formalities) MADE the company.

Those who don't understand that may as well move on as the stress and volatility in the current markets is probably not worth it health wise.

Nervous nellies will produce nice opportunities for the more savvy and patient players to do even better with SBN. So I suppose that is a good thing.
