Capitulation....doesnt look like it to me. There are still a lot of people on HC with the mentality to 'buy on dips'. This may be a short term low, or it may just continue to go lower, but until we see more people 'selling at any price' we do not have a long term bottom in place.
It would also bode well for a long term trend change to see most stocks closing on their lows on heavy volume
