All these property trusts are going to hit road blocks when they are forced to write down asset positions. They came pretty close last reporting season and I think the situation has worsened. The credit crunch is escalating and property prices are likely to have fallen... I don't see an easy win here. The only answer will be a dilutive capital raise, asset fire sale etc.
Any thoughts?
