No big issue. They are trying to launch a new business product.
The catch, if there is a catch, is that they are trying to do that in Russia. Now unless you have spent some time in Russia and are fluent in Russian and hang around hospitals you would not have a clue about what is going on. Would you???
The directors have said time and time again that demand is going to outstrip supply when the product is finaly launched. It boils down to whether their word is good enough for you. I have met them and spoken to them and even had private meetings with them - and I trust them.
A journey from A to B is not always a straight line. I see from your post, you do not prefer the road less travelled.
