    Great announcement, but I always thought that they were charging pharmacists way too little which is why I don't understand the discounting on instant messaging.

    Pharmacies are generally doing very well, are highly profitable and will do very well in the next few months, so IMO can afford this, so not sure why MDR should be the ones that are sacrificing revenues.

    The huge positive is hopefully more engagement and use of the platform which will help in the long term.
