    Dropping share price and very strange silence for a straight forward Scheme!

    Are senior Directors aligned with Ordinary Shareholders? The CEO is (mainly?) getting shares in the Privatised Vehicle - in contrast to ordinary shareholders who are getting cash.

    What incentive does he have to fight for the best Cash Offer?

    I've experienced situations where there was a potential misalignment between Directors and Shareholders - as there was some years ago between PaperlinX and PXUPA holders - and a group of us formed an Action Group.

    I propose we set up PIGS (Pioneer Investor Group Supporters) and fight for our rights.
