Yes, you read correctly. Whomever is/was buying had some urgency about building the position-whether that was a perceived or real urgency, that remains to be seen.
Either way though......there hasnt been a pump per se as the buyer was not stepping up to take the offer, merely waiting for sellers to feed them shares at a price determined by them, but more a quiet and well planned accumulation
