In fact it's a fake economy run on Fed reserve stimulus and $1 Trillion annual deficits.

This right here. Obama managed to bring his deficit down to $600B from $1T when he left office.
Trump has again increased it back to the 1 trillion mark. But according to the Fox news ilk, the economy is "booming"
