Due to overwhelming demand as a result of COVID-19, Coviu experienced a platform outage at around 11.30am today.
Our database was overloaded and as a result, video calls weren't able to be held and platform admin tasks could not be completed. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience, these are unprecedented times for us all.
We have scaled our database to accommodate for all our new users and have built out our capacity generally.
