Not convinced it would be one large holder unless that holder also held similar investment, ARF for example, which tanked by similar percentage. Perhaps super fund managers thought reits provided a conservative component of portfolios and have changed their mind relating current events. For example, deciding to transfer the funds across to cash and/or fixed interest providing safety? Even precious metal is not responding to this down-turn as you would expect it to, very strange..
