Appreciate the question. Personally, I think all the non-executive directors need to be put on notice.

However, the main reasons why I have singled out Nathan are:
    1. Roger and Chris hold shares in the company and have both done so for a significant period of time. As such, I believe their interests are more aligned with current shareholders. In Chris' case, he purchased his shares on market after the previous failure, which went a long way in restoring shareholder confidence at the time; and
    2. At the AGM, Nathan made a big deal out about being an independent director. However, he was more than happy to (and did indeed) accept the options on offer to him. To me this was hugely contradictory and demonstrated his willingness to play the "I'm the independent director card" as a convenient excuse when it suits his interests... you can't have your cake and eat it too

As I've suggested, I think an entire board spill would be counterproductive at this time. My objective is to allow the board to get on with the job, whilst keeping them accountable. Tony needs the right people around him - particularly given that we are on the cusp of great things!
