Those figures didn't warrant this much chatter.
Both are correct.
It's 68% on the way down but it needs to rise 212.5% to to get back to 25c, which was 312.5% of it's then 8c value. Just depends on how you want to spin the numbers to suit the narrative.
Semantics but while were doing it -
@grahod 5.3c to 8c is an increase of 50.94% not 66%. Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!
