No harm in kicking off the proceedings though. And as we've seen in the best of times , if you leave your run to late in so far as trading or redeeming your ' renounceable ' rights , it becomes similar to approaching an ' options ' expiring date and you loose your window of opportunity. So I would think that having a ' bare ' minimum market would be essential if not paramount to instilling confidence into the entire issue pricing and raising in general. Just my view for what its worth.
