PH did a similar thing with VLA, which was roundly rubbished on HC. He bought about a $9k parcel when their sp was languishing, not long after a large cap raise (6-8 months ish). Nothing special, just a small signal to the market that he backed the stock moving forward.
LC is a PH acolyte. Maybe sensei has passed on the benefit of small buys in times of uncertainty?
