A chart is guiding tool. Charts do not predict, charts indicate. They indicate when a stock is overbought, oversold or neutral. They indicate whether price action or SP is bearish or bullish. They indicate entry and exit points. They indicate periods of congestion or consolidations and much more. One must pay attention to price action and indices. There's a wealth of information embedded in them. Leave everything else aside, especially the news and endless speculations.
