Also someone identified Latvia program and GSW ran with it. What is unsure about this announcement is whether they are reporting what we already knew, which was the trial taking place. Or it is in fact saying Latvia police are happy with the trial and are expanding the program.
Maybe thats why SBN didnt announce as the trial was only for 2-3000 tests. If it is however larger and going to be rolled out then this is obviously of greater significance.
What is 100% known is that we cant be sure what the announcement means!!
