Its only nominally a "loan" and those boxes aren't at all hard to click. I've seen projects approved many times with absolutely no DD by the monetising bank issuing the LC. Its not about the projects (this is too small to be qualifying standalone) its a bout a nominal 3rd party transaction that allows the issuing and purchasing banks to effectively transact.
