ok, here's a hint - the deal with Hawkswood amounts to what is essentially a mortgage over their ASSETS. That is, as a very last resort (after additional interest, etc), they can be forced to sell some assets, but Hawkswood cannot take control of the company as you suggest. To post otherwise is somewhat libellous.
