This ShareMarket rout is just the precursor to a collapse of the Australian residential housing market as we know it. As sure as I have a nose on my face and as sure as night follows day, the selling price of residential property in the major Australian cities will lose multiple percent relative to prices in the past few years.

Deny as much as you like. It is going to happen.

Avoid tall buildings.
