So my 34 year old sister was very sick last week, all the symptoms - fever, sore throat, cough etc. Went to a local hospital and was told she can't get a test as had not knowingly been in direct contact with someone overseas. Same thing for a friend's mrs.
Sister goes back to doc a week later, diagnosed with pneumonia, still can't get a test, been put on antibiotics??
So - are they not testing younger people? Or are there simply not enough tests available? Tonnes of people could be walking around not even knowing they have it...
