    Hi stockrock,

    Can you please give a 101 on the potential impact of "credit market seizing" generally to someone with basic economic knowledge?

    Does this mean no one wants to lend money and if they do it's at very high interest rates, therefore IC potentially becomes less certain of being financed due to risk or lack of lenders?

    isn't it being guaranteed?
