    This is outrageous. Shorting is still happening despite the ban. Let's watch as the watchpuppies ASX and ASIC leap into action - NOT!

    IBA had about 380k short at eod 6/10/08, and now has 781k short at eod 7/10/08.

    No wonder the price continues getting smashed down... it's not just market sentiment at work. How many other stocks are suffering the same fate?

    Will ASX/ASIC ever enforce any of their rules? They always let directors get away with reporting their share dealings late too, among other things they take no action about.

    Market regulators? What a joke
