That's not correct. Read the announcement on the loan extension dated 1 Oct 2008.
It clearly says:
"Further interest charges will accrue if the debt is not paid on the due dates".
So if ADY don't repay on the due dates then they will just have to pay more interest. If they want to preserve their liquidity and repay later when the credit squeeze has improved, then that's no problem.
