Seriously Tonio, I tried putting the same point to you in several ways, but it still went over your head. The subject in this verse 1:10, is about the LORD God Almighty and Not Jesus.
Heb 1:9-10 - Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, ->(Jesus's God)->thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. And: You in beginning, LORD, of the earth laid the foundation, and the works of the hands of You are the heavens.
Although Jesus is our Lord, he is NOT the LORD referred to here in 1:10.
Luke 4:18 - The Spirit of the LORD upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, (Clearly the LORD here,.... Jesus is not referring to himself and the Heb 1:10 tampering by using Lord, should have in fact been LORD). John 3:34 - For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.
Psa 33:6 & 9 - By the word of Yahweh were the heavens made and all the host of them by the breath (word/Spirit) of His mouth. For he spake, and it was; he commanded, and it stood fast.
Tonio, are you aware that when you see the term, hand of God, it is referring to His word?
Creation did NOT come about by the word or words of Jesus and that is a clear Bible fact, truth.
Isa 44:24 - Thus saith Yahweh, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I Yahweh that maketh allthings; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;
