yes, the current environment has definitely highlighted dramatically the need for remote/at-home monitoring and management systems for Chronic respiratory disease that will be able to provide real-time objective data and link directly with Doctors so as to maintain consultation without the need to have to rely upon seeing the Doctor when that may be restricted or just not possible.
The Wheezo system will also be able to promote more targeted medication adherence and usage as I am sure in these uncertain times asthmatics and carers/parents will be potentially ‘overmedicating’ just to be on the safe side. I know many parents I speak to are doing just that because they just are completely unsure and fearful.
Wheezo will provide accurate and objective data but above all a reason for taking medication and peace of mind!!
