Just in case you dont know what you are taking about,
the drawdown has nothing to do with the Auditors, a company must remain solvent at all times, the Auditors only sign off on solvency when they do an audit ie 30th June.
The drawdown is to meet working capital requirements pending the completion of the Pacific Capital deal
