lazza, i am more than aware what i am talking about... of course a coy must remain solvent... esi has cleaned up corp governance and is more, prudent/proactive shall we say in demonstrating to auditors they are more than solvent (ESi didnt used to have such a back up facility)... personally the sonner they get rid of it the better, but useful as a backstop for now
