I don’t think WEB are going to go broke, however I think the financing terms they receive will be aggressive.
Given the almost non-existent revenue, think 10% PIK interest, with the principle able to be converted to equity at a modest premium to the last traded price, say $4.
Assuming they need to raise $150M, that will create a lot of dilution for existing SH’s like myself, and will make the return to $10+ a share a whole lot harder. However, I would much rather this investment be worth something instead of nothing!
