$16M in cash and holding expenditure on non-necessary items but full steam ahead on all important items, eg Production Sharing Agreement with a 50 year Mine life based on current resource at 3 Million tonne per year plant. Keep in mind also that operating costs will be dropping with oil price drops.
Bullet proof IMO. But then I've always had that opinion
