Apart from the fact it's not only the sick and elderly that die - it's not about you or the healthy workers at GOR. It's about protecting the more vulnerable people. You don't deserve to die just because you are 80. By restricting the movements of healthy people it slows/reduces the spread and thereby the chances of more vulnerable people becoming infected. The goal is to slow the virus so that the health service can cope as people fall sick.
