KPMG, the Independent Expert, has assessed that the value of an Incremental Share is in the range of $3.39 – $4.18 and concluded that the Offer is NOT FAIR AND NOT REASONABLE.
Your Directors unanimously recommend that you REJECT Cooper’s unsolicited and hostile Offer and intend to reject Cooper’s Offer in respect of their shareholdings in Incremental.
