Yeah, I've been accumulating because I think it is one of the best junior gold plays out there at the moment. Excellent T20, with many credible holders, who are very shrewd players.
That aside, Sandstone processing facility is the only gold processing facility within a 200km radius. The Chinese (Goldsea) are keen on investing in the area (Alto Metals takeover) as a serious gold play, and as a whole, the Chinese are divesting from other metals that will suffer from lack of demand due to the Western economies shutting down.
What quicker way for the Chinese to get into gold production by taking over Alto Metals (if successful) and following that up with a takeover of MDI? They then hold the very prospective Alto tenements, and a processing facility that they can refurbish and upgrade to meet demand for the region.
Goldsea are also experts in underground mining (per their projects in China) and would know how to optimise underground mining operations at Sandstone.
