Kancha's saying the motorbike is avoiding discussion with a share holder by pulling the 'ol 'sorry, he's in a meeting' ploy. Probably followed up by the untermensch worker who answered the phone (as instructed) with 'is this your number? I'll get him to call you back'. And he never does.
