trip why sell it for cash? the CLY shares value the deal at about $300k... do we really want/need roughly $300k in cash?

realistically a couple of hundred grand is not going to make a material difference... from what i gather of this deal, the Oz tenements arent really worth anything at the moment, so they have gotten rid of them and at least got a little in return...
