Agreed with your read, stellmac. There are a few really negative, small minded, mean spirited people on this board - whose niggardly comments frequently go beyond just ‘offering another point of view’.

Ten years as a ceo with all the family and other sacrifices is a really big deal. And even despite ogc’s current struggles, he had the vision to bring this from a one-trick show to where it is now - a solid business that will survive the current tumult. Handing it over for someone else’s to take it to the next level is courageous and principled.
