A few years ago I booked flights for the whole family to Europe through web jet.
All up it was around 10k. Unfortunately something came up and we had to cancel the trip.
Webjet told me that since they had paid qantas already, it would take up to 6 weeks to get the refund.
So I went to their Facebook page and had a whinge and moan about it. Well, they didn’t appreciate the noise I was making. Within half an hour they had posted an email address for me to contact. By the next day the money was back in my account.
